Part of empowering your true (soul)self is to not rely on others as your source of income but to rely on God (the Universe or whatever name you call that highest Divine Power) who will distribute fairly and bring together in a fair partnership of mutually giving and receiving through our actions. When you rely on others as your source of income, you limit the opportunities that can come to you. When you rely on the highest Divine Power as your source of income, it will bring you opportunities that will align with your life purpose and will fulfill your soul (and material needs) rather than have you stifle your soul for money.
