After many years in strategic leadership roles across global institutions—spanning project management, management sciences, and complex systems—I chose early retirement from corporate life to follow a more soul-guided path. Inner peace helps us to easily shift to a position of love, openness and curiosity. When we engage from such a position we are more likely to gain from the experience and less likely to feel burdensome or pain that comes more with engaging from a position of expectation or a readiness to judge.

When following your highest aspirations (soul’s desires) or fulfilling your purpose, the Universe will alert you of any potential damage to the outcome on your path. It may require you to put up “a solid boundary” or just to look over your shoulder and address the issue beneath the surface behind your back. Every issue will be resolved successfully with ease as you’re aligned with a higher consciousness and inner peace.

Carefully consider the consequences as you prepare to act. Will this put you on your highest path?
Our best action will align with our highest aspirations, and it will feel just right when we verify it with Divine Guidance. This is how we bring consciousness to our intentions to make the choices that would place us in the highest position to achieving the life our soul desires – which also includes getting along well with others in peace and love.

Authentic experiences come from one’s actions being in alignment with one’s nature in its pure form, of the soul, and not of the inflated or deflated ego. Aligning with one’s authenticity helps one to successfully live a meaningful and fulfilled life—rich in spirit; of high integrity; unconditionally loving oneself; relating fairly, peacefully and respectfully; as one’s true self.

Feeling connected to others from a deeper level can just be a matter of appreciating that while we may be living separately as individuals or in different locations, we are connected through our divinity to the same Source (God).

Confidence is the ability to “stand tall” in public (any forum) as your true (soul)self without the need for outside validation to feel good about yourself.

Be true to your core values and you will eventually find your “matching place”. Don’t compromise your values to feel that sense of belonging as not everyone will understand or love you.
Our love to self should be so big that it is not affected by who doesn’t love us and still has the capacity to love them anyway. That’s the level of love we owe to ourselves and it’s very freeing.

Every “bird” is just as important regardless of its “size” and deserves to exist in peace. We need to see life from the highest perspective or on a deeper level for us to coexist in harmony side by side.

As an empowered soul, you put yourself on your own pedestal which can only be reached by being in your truth.
You choose to make conscious decisions, verified by higher Divine guidance brought by way of one’s intuition or other visible signs, and executed with pure intentions and are grateful for what manifests.
You choose to correct the underlying cause of any action that was made unconsciously, fully owning the consequences of those that resulted in missteps without condemning one’s self as “bad”.
You know that your every experience is a chance to evolve which sometimes comes wrapped in “bad” packaging.
You are aligned with a higher consciousness and inner peace so everything is resolved with ease.
