After many years in strategic leadership roles across global institutions—spanning project management, management sciences, and complex systems—I chose early retirement from corporate life to follow a more soul-guided path. No one can successfully copy your life purpose – only you alone will make the impact that God intended. For a copy of one’s natural or authentic expression can never fully replicate the complete details of the original impression intended.

Navigate above the fray rather than being caught up in it—as you may drown in unnecessary stress with issues that are not part of yours to resolve, that may take time and energy away from your true purpose.

For it is only your view of the sun that is blocked by the cumulus clouds, some dark. But the sun is shining as is evident by the illumination that its light created on the surface of the ocean.
So, keep shining your light! It will still make the intended illumination even through the “clouds” of all shapes and sizes that may seem to block your path.

A peaceful coexistence requires everyone involved to respect each other’s differences, boundaries and perceptions.

Looking outward at the common vision—instead of looking inward at each other’s differences—helps us to set aside our individual agenda to fully focus on the shared goals planned together for the partnership.
When any journey together has ended through you moving up to your next level, higher consciousness requires that you “keep that light between you two” by parting with them graciously; grieve or be happy, if you have to; and be grateful for what they contributed to your spiritual growth through your “interactions” with them, good or bad.
Sometimes, it may take feeling like you are falling from your high position to become aware of what it is like—and to awaken your empathy for those—at the bottom.
