It becomes easier to get along well with others with a difference in perception when we reach a higher level of consciousness—as we are more open-minded, compassionate, and empathetic.

Seeing it from another’s perspective and empathizing can sometimes mean looking back with compassion and remembering when we were in a similar situation.

Every “bird” is just as important regardless of its “size” and deserves to exist in peace. We need to see life from the highest perspective or on a deeper level for us to coexist in harmony side by side.

Compassion for each other brings us together in Unity consciousness where we feel connected by the same “source”.
Self-righteous judgment of others puts us in separation consciousness where we feel apart from each other and of different “sources”.

Sometimes in listening to others, we need to remove thoughts about ourselves, so that we can focus and understand what is being told from the other’s point of view. We would wish same from them. This is at the heart of empathy.

If we could understand people’s reactions from their state of being, then it would be easy to rise above the fray to someone’s intentionally hurtful verbal reaction to our pure action. Where “rise above the fray” is to deal well with an unpleasant situation. An empowered soul would not succumb to limiting emotions, the likes of hatred; revenge; anger etc. in their response.
