After many years in strategic leadership roles across global institutions—spanning project management, management sciences, and complex systems—I chose early retirement from corporate life to follow a more soul-guided path. I now walk the path of my highest purpose. I am also a mother of two daughters, a widow, and a friendly presence to everyone I meet. I bring my whole self into everything I do. My writing is spiritually inspired, shaped by a lifelong devotion to purposeful service and a journey of conscious, lived experience.

BeFlexible
Be flexible and willing to bend a little when meeting your life changes. Being too rigid may only cause you unnecessary pain. Life changes are inevitable and it will serve us well to embrace them with flexibility.

On Unity
Coming together in Unity does not mean that you have to lose your individuality. It means individuals or individual units coming together with a shared vision to do something for the good of all the individuals or individual units involved or for the benefit of a broader cross-section of humanity.

Make yourself ready for that opportunity
There are certain things in life that are meant for each of us to help with our spiritual growth or our fulfillment but we don’t always know how to get them. When we go about life in anger, jealousy, greed, holding grudges, lack of integrity, lack of compassion, fear, low self esteem, worrying about what people will say etc. instead of being our authentic self, we delay the time these things come to us. When we can free ourselves of these limiting energies so that we can effectively follow higher Divine guidance or divine inspirations or the guidance of our soul(our intuition), we go about getting what is meant for us the quickest. In other words, making ourselves ready for when the Universe brings that opportunity to us so we can be in the right “state of being” to RECOGNIZE it and ACT on it as opposed to missing it because we are unprepared.

Release your attachmentto the past
Don’t look back at your past with regret or anger. Even though your past has shaped your present, this is not about your past but about where you are right now. Take only the lessons from your past and use them to move forward smoothly. Additionally, when you “release your attachment” to the past, (not the same as forgetting your past), you clear your mind to receive inspirations to guide you closer to your goals.

Trust the process between levels of consciousness
When your “state of being” is between levels of consciousness, you will fluctuate between getting opportunities to expand and experiencing destruction in your old lifestyle. Try not to be broken-hearted nor afraid during the destruction period nor do not project an outcome based on the destruction. Try to see the good in the destruction for it is meant to move you forward. Erase all expectations of any outcome and stay neutral to let in the new. Accept that you do not know anything about your next level of consciousness and acknowledge the need for the higher intelligence of God by asking for guidance. Let the Universe (God) be your source for everything.

Fulfillment starts with being true to ourselves and overflows into being happy for others as they are being true to themselves.
Fulfillment from doing our life purpose—which is a part of being true to ourselves—also helps with our self-confidence and to be more compassionate both to ourselves and others. This helps to manage conflicts and challenges better and to maintain our inner peace which is at the core of a healthy mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Respect the different outlook too
Good relating is not only about standing on a common ground but also respecting the different outlook and trying to understand each other from their outlook and not from yours.

On resolving conflict:- 1
Sometimes in trying to compromise a middle ground can be found. In other times, it can only be one extreme or the other as there may not be any common ground in the two approaches. In cases like the latter, see things from both sides of the disagreement for we are all connected in one way or the other and our actions have consequences both to ourselves and others. If needed, be spiritually mature to let go of your own approach to let the approach on the higher ground prevail.
(The approach on the higher ground would take into consideration what’s best for all.)
