After many years in strategic leadership roles across global institutions—spanning project management, management sciences, and complex systems—I chose early retirement from corporate life to follow a more soul-guided path. Confidence is the ability to “stand tall” in public (any forum) as your true (soul)self without the need for outside validation to feel good about yourself.

Be clear-eyed about the true details and stand on higher ground to not get caught up in the “confusion” around you. If you need to, then address it from your higher perspective to put your outcome on the higher path where it is “greener” and “healthier” for you, as some issues can only be solved from beneath the surface of that which is responsible for same and are out of our control.

Be true to your core values and you will eventually find your “matching place”. Don’t compromise your values to feel that sense of belonging as not everyone will understand or love you.
Our love to self should be so big that it is not affected by who doesn’t love us and still has the capacity to love them anyway. That’s the level of love we owe to ourselves and it’s very freeing.

Every “bird” is just as important regardless of its “size” and deserves to exist in peace. We need to see life from the highest perspective or on a deeper level for us to coexist in harmony side by side.

As an empowered soul, you put yourself on your own pedestal which can only be reached by being in your truth.
You choose to make conscious decisions, verified by higher Divine guidance brought by way of one’s intuition or other visible signs, and executed with pure intentions and are grateful for what manifests.
You choose to correct the underlying cause of any action that was made unconsciously, fully owning the consequences of those that resulted in missteps without condemning one’s self as “bad”.
You know that your every experience is a chance to evolve which sometimes comes wrapped in “bad” packaging.
You are aligned with a higher consciousness and inner peace so everything is resolved with ease.

Feeling at home with yourself or authenticity is a “trueness and comfort” that allows you to accept, embrace and unconditionally love your many aspects – while working to lovingly integrate your shadow aspects to be at your full potential.

At this spiritual choice point: you can choose to move beyond your limiting emotions to be at a place of love and peace, or you can choose to go along those limiting emotions, which wouldn’t take you far and can possibly cause you harm. Being able to readily process the underlying cause behind your limiting emotions and move to a place of love and peace is a sign of spiritual maturity.

Sometimes our action will inspire others to “up their game”, i.e., improve the quality of what they are doing. Sometimes our action will trigger others by bringing forth issues that need to be addressed. This goes both ways and it’s our right what we choose to do with this. An empowered soul would choose to evolve from this interaction, either way, by recognizing that we are interconnected.

Each of us has to do our part using the uniqueness God gifted us to shine our light with a ray only we can bring forth. Together we can make a positive difference on the world to create the “new world”.
