After many years in strategic leadership roles across global institutions—spanning project management, management sciences, and complex systems—I chose early retirement from corporate life to follow a more soul-guided path. For it is only your view of the sun that is blocked by the cumulus clouds, some dark. But the sun is shining as is evident by the illumination that its light created on the surface of the ocean.
So, keep shining your light! It will still make the intended illumination even through the “clouds” of all shapes and sizes that may seem to block your path.
