After many years in strategic leadership roles across global institutions—spanning project management, management sciences, and complex systems—I chose early retirement from corporate life to follow a more soul-guided path. Sometimes our action will inspire others to “up their game”, i.e., improve the quality of what they are doing. Sometimes our action will trigger others by bringing forth issues that need to be addressed. This goes both ways and it’s our right what we choose to do with this. An empowered soul would choose to evolve from this interaction, either way, by recognizing that we are interconnected.
