When anger is not an acceptable response

From my eBook:- Aligning with your authenticity by Joycelyn Marshall

When anger is not an acceptable response

“Anger from anyone in response to you exercising your right” is not an acceptable response. We may encounter this from our outer world in one or some of its forms. Don’t let this harsh anger energy prevent you from amicably pursuing what’s meant for you or what is your right. That’s also part of taking care of yourself, your responsibility to yourself.

Listen closely to understand the other

From my eBook:- Aligning with your authenticity by Joycelyn Marshall

Listen closely to understand the other

Sometimes in listening to others, we need to remove thoughts about ourselves, so that we can focus and understand what is being told from the other’s point of view. We would wish same from them. This is at the heart of empathy.

Rise above the fray

From my eBook:- Aligning with your authenticity by Joycelyn Marshall

If we could understand people’s reactions from their state of being, then it would be easy to rise above the fray to someone’s intentionally hurtful verbal reaction to our pure action. Where “rise above the fray” is to deal well with an unpleasant situation. An empowered soul would not succumb to limiting emotions, the likes of hatred; revenge; anger etc. in their response.

Savor each peck of your hard work

From my eBook:- Aligning with your authenticity by Joycelyn Marshall

Savor each peck(moment) of your hard work

Your hard work, moving one peck (step) at a time progressing in a rhythm dictated by the essence of your true (soul)self and the passion of your soul for your dreams, has not gone unnoticed by the Universe. You will indeed win if you trust your intuition or Divine guidance, stay the course and allow the Universe to work. Don’t forget to savor the process by being grateful at every peck of the way.

That what gives you hope even in trying moments

From my eBook:- Aligning with your authenticity by Joycelyn Marshall

Believing in something bigger than ourselves (God, the Universe or whatever name we call the highest Divine power) helps us to remain hopeful even in trying moments. It gives us the serenity to be able to focus and work on what we can do now and not occupy our thoughts on what is out of our control including unknown future outcomes. When we can fully focus on the potential that this moment has, we create at our maximum, even in trying moments.
