Stuck in emotional pain?

Was your emotional pain caused because your expectations of them weren’t met? Were your expectations of them fair to them? Are you trying to heal from the experience or do you think remaining mad at them and/or withholding your love from them will give you justice? But, should you only give them your love as a reward for meeting your expectations? Unconditional love should also include giving them your love even if they can’t meet your needs because they have to tend to their needs first.

If it is a similar situation to a past one, this time around you should be able to view it from a higher perspective by using the lessons learned from the similar past experience. You would know for sure that you have broken the old pattern of limiting behavior if you do something this time that puts you closer to achieving your highest aspirations.

Is the path blocked any which way you look at it?

When following your highest aspirations (soul’s desires) or fulfilling your life purpose – if it seems like your path ahead is blocked any which way you look at it, then the Universe may be telling you to take a rest to refuel. Trying to push against this may only cause you unnecessary pain and can make you feel trapped or exhausted. When it’s divine time for you to move forward, the path will be fully cleared and nothing can stop you except yourself.

Feeling sad or overwhelmed? There is a silver lining in this cloud. Peace will be yours soon.

What’s yours will never be denied you and will arrive right on time. So, it’s important for you to quickly shift back into a healthy state as this can sink your moods even lower and make it harder for you to get back to a happy state of being. Try to go within to find the truth behind the sadness that is attributed to you and face it. Ask yourself, “why am I feeling like this?” or “why did I do this?” and spend some time in introspection and listen to your intuition for the answers. Erase all expectations of any outcome in this issue and be neutral. Then find something else to be grateful for in the moment and be happy.
